Scotland manager Craig Levein has decided to give a debut to Celtic winger James Forrest for tonight’s Carling Nations Cup match against Ireland.

Scotlands captain will be Kenny Miller, who is now playing his football in Turkey.

Aston Villa midfielder Barry Bannan feels Scotland are more than capable of winning the trophy tonight.

“There is no point coming here if you’re not going to try to win the tournament,” he said.

“It shows you how seriously we are taking it. To go into the last game with something to play for makes it even better and hopefully we can turn Ireland over and win it.”
