18-year-old midfielder Conor Pepper has moved from St. Patrick’s Athletic to SPL side Inverness Caledonian Thistle.

The Dubliner moved back to Ireland after failing to sign a senior contract at Queens Park Rangers, and will join fellow Dubliners Aaron Doran and Richie Foran at ICT. Manager Terry Butcher welcomed the signing, telling the club’s official website of the youngster’s potential. “Conor has put pen to paper after showing up very promisingly in pre-season matches,” Butcher said. “He plays in the centre of midfield and has real potential. Conor joins our first team squad where he can be an asset as he’s a lively performer.”

Pepper played for Pat’s under-19 side last season, and made the senior squad for St Pat’s Leinster Senior Cup run this year.
