Former Shamrock Rovers midfielder Shane Robinson took his Veikkausliiga goal total to 7 yesterday as he hit a double against MYPA in a 3-1 win in Finland.

Robinson, who joined FC Haka last year scored five goals in his first season, and now has seven in his second, quickly becoming Haka’s key man. He now sits fifth in the goalscoring charts for the 2012 season, 3 goals behind leader Tamas Gruborovics of JJK. Robinson grabbed Haka’s second in the 7th minute with a header before scoring a 90th minute goal to make it 3-1 yesterday.

Haka now sit 9th in the table with 21 points from 17 games, 11 points adrift of league leaders Inter Turku.
